I began my career in Real Estate in 1983. I was hired by a
Grand Forks , ND based property management company, while
pursuing my business degree at University of North Dakota . By 1988, I had accepted work in Mandan , ND and had become the District Manager of a competing property management firm. In 1995, I opened
Diversified Services Inc. Diversified Services Inc. is a full service property management firm, which offers property owners the convenience of management and maintenance under one roof.
Over the span of more than 20 years, I have managed manufactured
housing communities, multi-unit apartment complexes, duplexes, and
single family homes. These properties have been located in Fargo ,
Moorhead , Grand Forks , East Grand Forks, Bismarck and Mandan .
Diversified Services Inc. serves as the agent between the landlord
and the tenant. We can handle anything from rent collection only, to
handling every single thing.
As Diversified Services Inc. grew, so too did the number of buy/sell
inquiries. I found myself uniquely situated to have an inside
track on sellers of quality properties, and already having a good
working relationship with interested qualified buyers. I became a
licensed real estate agent and started selling property as well as
managing it. So, whether you are buying your dream house, selling your current home or managing a portfolio of properties, I can help you. I have had 23 successful years in this business and hope to have many more.
