Chuck Huber CCIM

Chuck has been licensed and working full time in the real estate business since 1974. His expertise includes marketing residential properties, buyer representation, commercial and investment properties, tax deferred exchanges, and the leasing of commercial space. He has also handled numerous farm and ranch properties and development land. He has held the CCIM designation (the Realtors designation for having expertise in commercial and investment property) since 1985. Chuck is active in the community and has lived in the Bismarck-Mandan area since 1974.

Loran is active in the design and construction of commercial and residential properties through his company known as Galpin & Associates. Loran is also a licensed real estate agent and utilizes his design, land planning, and construction talents to help market various properties. He has had involvement in a wide array of projects throughout the upper Midwest.
